Trials for women accused in Ragley man's death set Sept. 15

BEAUREGARD PARISH -- The trials for two women accused in a Ragley man's shooting death are set Sept. 15 in 36th Judicial District Court.

Catherine Anderson, 54, and Cheryl Schonsby, 50, face charges of second-degree murder and conspiracy to commit murder in the death of Jerry Stover, 53.

Stover's body was found outside his U.S. 171 home in December 2012.

Anderson, Stover's live-in girlfriend, and her friend, Schonsby, were arrested following an investigation.

Their trials had been set for May 19.
