Fort Polk to host NAF auction on March 1

The following is a news release from the Fort Polk Public Affairs Office:

FORT POLK -- The Joint Readiness Training Center and Fort Polk will host a Nonappropriated Fund auction on March 1 at 3 p.m., in building 3218, on South Fort Polk.
Property viewing and registration will be held Feb. 24-28 from 8:30 a.m.-3:30 p.m. and March 1 from 8:30 a.m.-2:30 p.m.
Bidders must complete a bidder registration form and sign a hold harmless agreement before viewing the property, regardless of whether or not they decide to bid, no exceptions. Registration after 2:30 p.m. March 1 is not allowed. If you are not registered you will not be allowed to bid. No one will be allowed in the area to view property earlier or later than hours stated.
Items are used and sold as-is. No warranty of condition is implied or given.
Sale items include computer equipment, child care items, gym equipment, office furniture, tow truck, vehicle lifts, automotive shop equipment and commercial carwash vacuums.  
Payment is due immediately after the auction at building 3218. Payment should be cash, certified check, money order, Visa or MasterCard.  No personal checks or business checks will be accepted without a letter of credit from the bank or financial institution prior to registering for the auction. Discover Card and American Express are not accepted.
