BPSO makes recent arrests

BEAUREGARD PARISH -- According to Beauregard Parish Sheriff's Office Chief Deputy Joe Toler, the following recent arrests were made:

Theo Anderson, 32, of DeRidder; booked into the parish jail on March 11 on burglary of an inhabited dwelling and theft following an investigation into some items reported missing from a Ragley home. Bond was set at $100,000.

Tommy Shirley, 30, of DeRidder; booked March 12 on burglary of an inhabited dwelling and theft following an investigation into a report of missing items from a Ragley home. Bond information is unavailable.

George A. Soileau, 38, of Iowa; booked March 13 on domestic abuse battery and criminal abandonment. Bond was set at $30,000.

Jason Runge, 36, of DeRidder; booked March 14 on illegal carrying of a weapon by a convicted felon following a traffic accident on Hwy. 190 on Feb. 24. Bond was set at $50,000.

James Watkins, 23, of Moss Bluff; booked March 19 on possession of marijuana with intent to distribute following an investigation by the Narcotics Task Force. Bond was set at $75,000.

Ashton Thibodeaux, 24, of DeQuincy; booked March 19 on falsifying information on an application for employment at a healthcare facility. Bond was set at $250. Thibodeaux is accused of applying for a position using another's certification documents.

Charity Jones, 29, of Merryville; was booked March 22 on battery of a police officer and resisting an officer following an investigation into a disturbance. Bond was set at $30,000.
