“Delta continues to see strong performance from the Alexandria market, and our customers in the region will benefit with the addition of a two-class regional jet to the route,” said Joe Esposito, Delta’s managing director – Domestic Network Planning. “Our enhanced service in the market will provide our customers with an even better onboard experience.”
Bart Jones, Chairman of the England Authority (operator of AEX) stated: “This is a great day for Central Louisiana. We would like to thank Delta Airline for their investment in this market with the service of the CRJ900. We would also like to thank the tens of thousands of travelers that choose AEX as their airport. AEX is truly Your Airport and Delta will make it Your World on the CRJ900.”
