BPSO reporting recent arrests

BEAUREGARD PARISH -- The Beauregard Parish Sheriff's Office is reporting the following recent arrests:

-- Breanna Tighe, 37, of DeRidder; booked July 22 on drug possession following a traffic stop. Tighe was processed into the parish jail. Bond was set at $5,000.

-- Jack Massie II, 17; booked July 23. He is accused of causing damage to the parking lot at Beauregard Fire District 1 and several other properties by "cutting donuts," authorities said. He was booked on three counts of criminal damage to property, one count of careless operation and possession of synthetic marijuana following an investigation by patrol. Massie was processed into the parish jail. Bond was set at $500.

-- Christopher Voorhies, 29, of Ragley, was booked July 29 on drug possession and introduction of contraband into a correctional facility during book-in. Bond was set at $12,000.

-- Terry Smith, 48, of Merryville; was booked July 29 on drug possession and introduction of contraband into a correctional facility after being found in possession during book-in. Bond was set at $3,000.

-- Sylvia Fruge, 61, of DeRidder; was booked July 31 on drug possession, possession of drug paraphernalia and drug distribution following an investigation by the Beauregard Narcotics Task Force. Fruge was processed into the parish jail. Bond was set at $6,000.
